St-Isidore, January 31, 2026 — From February 13 to 15, 2026, the Carnaval de St-Isidore invites the community to discover the “Candy Kingdom,” a delightful and enchanting world where traditions, creativity, and festive spirit come together.
This edition transports festivalgoers to Isidoria, a winter kingdom where snow and smiles sparkle like frost crystals, and where the Maple Festival is celebrated each year. Young and old are invited to take part in this immersive adventure, bring the magic of the Carnaval to life, and share unforgettable moments in the heart of winter.
Designed for the whole family, the Carnaval features Francophone music, dance, and culture, whimsical décor and themed entertainment, traditional meals — including classic poutine, tourtière, and maple taffy on snow — as well as a wide variety of activities and contests for all ages.
Live performances by: Sugar Crush, Roger Dallaire, Daniel Gervais, Isabelle La Wonderful, Plein Soleil, Joël Lavoie, and a showcase of local artists.
Family activities include:
- Snow sculptures, sleigh rides, and bonfires
- Treasure hunts, face painting, balloon artist, maze, sledding and winter games
- Dukes and duchesses, log sawing, crib tournament, bubble gum contest
- Maple taffy on snow, traditional foods, poutine, and lynx paws
- Gazébar: Friday at 8:30 p.m. / Saturday at 1:00 p.m.
- Family dance with Sugar Crush: Saturday at 9:00 p.m.
- Sunday: Carnival Mass (10:30 a.m.) followed by the closing brunch (11:30 a.m.)
