“Réveillon” is a French term which refers to a celebration held late at night, typically on the eve of a significant holiday. The word “Réveillon” comes from “réveil”, meaning “to wake,” symbolizing the act of staying awake late into the night to celebrate. For the Carnaval “Réveillon”, it is a celebratory gathering that emphasizes tradition, warmth, and conviviality!
